Here at the Little Building Co we design, develop and manufacture architectural model kits that have a truth to the materials they are made from and the look and feel that they could have come from the architect's own studio. Through purchasing one of our models you are supporting the Foundations, Trusts and Estates that preserve and protect the legacy of some of the World’s great architects
We have done all the hard work for you. We research and study the buildings architectural drawings, dissect countless photos and cross reference details to capture the true essence of the buildings in our models.
We manufacture our kits so you can be assured our attention to detail follows through all stages of manufacture. We source the best raw materials from sustainable sources where possible and inspect and check all components constantly during production.
Our kits come with clear easy to follow instructions just leaving you the satisfying task of putting them together.
We understand that not everyone has the time and inclination to build their own model or you might want to give a built model as a gift. If this is the case our built to order service might be just what your looking for.

Our signature range of architectural models chart the development of domestic Australian architecture at a scale of 1:100.
They are authentic replicas of the unique Australian houses you might see as you drive around the region they represent. They reflect the identity of the people who built them and the environment they were designed for. They speak to us of times past and lives long gone.
Cut from timber and easy to construct they have a feel of authenticity that comes from their intensely researched historical accuracy.
Easy to assemble, you just require a good quality PVA wood adhesive and some masking tape to complete them.

The architects series charts the work of architectural visionaries, men ahead of their time. Working from photographic references, drawings and books; we study the building in full detail. Our objective is to make a model kit that is thoughtfully engineered, beautifully detailed and simple to assemble.

We realise not everyone has the time or inclination to build a model or you might want to give a built model as a gift, if that’s the case our built to order service might just be what your looking for.
Would you like one of our models to sit on your shelf but have no thumbs or no time, we can help you. We can build and ship your model leaving you time to do other things… like surf the net, walk you dog… anything you like really.
With our Display Collection we build your model, supply a base and clear acrylic dust cover and ship directly to your door.
