Lesson 1 - Unity Temple

Initially we work out what scale would work best for a particular model. The scale for a house might not be suitable for a public building, the other important factor is the final size of the model. While it might at first appear to be great to produce a model at a larger scale and be able to include more detail its a simple fact that if you half the scale ie. go from 1:200 to 1:100 you use 4 times the material. This increases so your material cost, machine time, packaging and freight costs and ultimately the final price of the kit.
